Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Information

We aim to process orders of items in stock within three business days. Please note that all our books and desk accessories are handmade. If your order is custom please allow 2-6 extra weeks to prepare your item(s). All our items are packed carefully to the highest standards and shipped via Royal Mail unless size or weight prohibits or collection is arranged. Postal charges will be added to your cart after you have entered your delivery address, to apply the correct cost. All packages are tracked to ensure safe delivery. 

 Domestic (UK)

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and they are tracked and insured. Due to the current Coronavirus situation the recipient is not required to sign for the items. Although our shipping provider aims to deliver your order within 2-3 working days, delays or changes may affect the times during the Coronavirus crisis.

The shipping cost for most of the domestic orders is automatically added at the checkout. If the size or weight of your order requires a different shipping method, we will contact you to arrange the delivery.

Please note that we do not offer local collection service at the moment.

International

Please note that if you are ordering outside the United Kingdom (UK) you may be required to pay local customs or duty charges which are not included in your payment to us. The UK as of 31st January 2021 is no longer part of the European Union and any prior trade agreements between countries may not be still valid. Please be advised to check with your local authorities before placing an order with us.

We are currently offering delivery to 59 different countries. If you can’t find your country at the checkout, please contact us to add it to the list.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns for any custom orders, handmade objects such as notebooks or boxes, folders, photo frames, digital downloads, antiques, books with written or printed text, antiques or vintage tools unless they arrive to you damaged (see below).

We are happy to offer returns on new items which are not made by hand (clearly stated as not handmade in the description) such as boxed kits, enamel pins and brand-new tools, stationery cards, tote bags, prints. If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days. Returned items must be returned promptly, safely and without damage, in their original packaging to give you a full refund. All postage costs for returns are to be met by the customer.

Damages

Please be advised that every care is taken to ensure a safe delivery of your delivery. In the unfortunate event of damage of your order during transit, please contact us immediately and send us descriptive photographs of the damage. All damaged items are required to be delivered with their original packaging to our studio before we issue a full refund or a replacement. Requests for a refund or replacement due to damages made after the delivery are not accepted.
